The original concept behind Domus Flats was a simple one: Miami visitors should not have to settle for another forgettable hotel room. We started managing a few flats with an intent to provide true comfort and honest service and slowly built up one confirmed stay at a time to a trusted name in Miami’s rental business.

Typically, the first voice guests will hear is Amelia’s. She is responsible for booking, answering queries and dealing with general enquiries, with a kind of patience that makes the visitor’s stay easy.
Lucas Mitchell
Marketing Lead
Lucas oversees the way our properties make contact with new guests, ranging from listing to local visibility. His goal is to ensure the appropriate houses are matched to the appropriate visitors.

Operations
Harper keeps the day-to-day running smoothly, with schedules, maintenance and logistics all being coordinated, so that every property is ready for guests without a moment’s delay.
